A single HTML file that generates client-ready invoices offline: fill the form, watch the paper sheet update live, click Print and save as PDF. No account, no subscription, no data leaving your computer.
You receive 2 files:

What it does:
- Live paper sheet - the preview is exactly what prints (A4, clean layout)
- Line items with quantity x unit price auto-totals, reorder, remove
- Discount and tax (tax applies after the discount, shown separately)
- Seven currencies formatted natively: USD, EUR, GBP, ZAR, CAD, AUD, JPY
- Invoice numbering: auto YYYY-NNN series, editable; Duplicate moves the number on by itself
- Saved invoices: keep many in the browser, open or delete them from the folder button
- Your business details persist across invoices
- Export / import your whole invoice book as JSON
- Dark + light editor themes; the printed sheet is always paper-white
Pairs with the Freelance Contract & Invoice Kit: the line vocabulary (description, qty, unit price, amount, tax, discount, PO reference) matches the kit's invoice template, so an invoice filled here and the kit's 04-invoice document agree.
Honest notes: data lives in this browser profile only - clearing site data erases it, so export JSON regularly if invoices matter; print output depends on your browser's print engine (margins set for A4, works for US Letter with minor differences); it is a personal tool, not accounting software - no VAT ledgers, no client database, no sending. Not legal or tax advice: invoice requirements differ by country.
